Heather appeared on ITV News on Friday 8th November to discuss hedgehog welfare and habitat conditions, and to build awareness of the lack of hostels in the area for the growing number of hedgehogs that are being brought in.

Look at our wonderful Post Box Cosy! This cosy was made by an incredibly kind and talent lady in our Chatteris community. We raised a whopping £75 on Friday 25th October standing beside the town's post box - thank you to all who visited us and took photos with it. There was a knock on the door, and no one there, until Heather looked down at the doorstep. Sat on the pavement were 2 children with a hedgehog in their lap. 'Jake' was lucky to be spotted by two guardian angels who brought him in! Well done to the children for bringing Jake to us!
